COUNCIL “BROWN BAGEL” WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 14, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The November 14, 2013, Brown Bagel W ork Session was convened at 7:38 A.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Carroll, Graham, Mihalevich, Prather, and Scrivner
Arrived Late: Bray, Henry, Hussey, and Schulte
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Selection of Conference Center Developer – Interim City Administrator Drew Hilpert
explained the process as it appears on the agenda. The Council stated they would prefer
that the public comments appear before Council Discussion, the City Clerk will amend
the agenda accordingly. A lengthy discussion was held on this issue.
Resolution RS2031-35 – Mr. Hilpert explained the background of this issue, and several
Council Members asked to be added as co-sponsors to this resolution. The Clerk will
contact those Members absent today and ask if they also wish to co-sponsor.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Mihalevich, seconded by Councilman
Branch, and approved unanimously at 8:41 A.M.
