COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 16, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The December 16, 2013, City Council “Pre-Meeting” Meeting was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte, and
Scrivner
Arrived Late: Carroll and Henry
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Interim City Administrator Drew Hilpert explained the reason staff was requesting
suspension of the rules on Bill 2013-119 (annexation agreement with Holts Summit).
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
