COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JANUARY 6, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The January 6, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schulte, and Scrivner
Arrived Late: Carroll
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Interim City Administrator Drew Hilpert answered questions regarding the TIF and CID
items as they appeared on the agenda.
Mr. Hilpert also explained that staff has added Resolution RS2013-42 to the agenda for
Council consideration tonight, which has been distributed to the Mayor and Council. He
asked Public Works Director Matt Morasch to explain that item.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:57 P.M.
