AWARDING BID FOR
UEZ FIVE YEAR PLAN
WHEREAS, the Borough has publicly advertised for the receipt of bids for a UEZ five
year plan; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has solicited and received five (S) bid proposals for a UEZ
five year plan for the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed the bid proposals and have
recommended the award of a contract to the low bidder, Beacon Planning & Consulting
Services, LLC, Colts Towne Plaza, Suite 207, 41 State Highway 34 South, Colts Neck,
NJ 07722
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret as follows:
1, That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with Beacon Planning & Consulting
Services, LLC for a UEZ five year plan in accordance in all
respects wiih the request for proposals and bid on same which
is on file in the Borough..
2. That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the
Borough's Finance Department, and Director of Community
Development.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 12, 2024.
