ITEM #1: Call to order and confirmation of a quorum
ITEM #2: Consideration of additions or changes to the agenda
ITEM #3: Approval of minutes from June meeting and July public hearing
ITEM #4: Citizen request to address the board about the “missing middle” in the housing market.
ITEM #5: Rezoning and Special Use Permit Rezone the parcel at 128 Brownville Avenue from R-15 to
Neighborhood Business Special Use. The application includes a Special Use Permit to convert the
existing structure to artist studio space for the owner and one apartment. The parcel number is 9864-56-
4478. Speakers on this item must be sworn in
ITEM #6: Special Use Permit to (1) convert an existing house into a restaurant and make a 2,000 square foot one-
story addition to it; (2) construct a 6,000 square foot, two-story building for use as a restaurant; and (3)
create off-street parking spaces. The properties are located at 220, 240 and 300 US 70 East (PINs 9875-
10-4533 and 9875-00-9537). The master plan authorizing this use was approved in September 2015.

ITEM #7: Ordinance Text Amendments to the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to reflect updated flood
boundaries developed by FEMA
ITEM #8: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to amend the criteria for determining modifications to
Conditional Use and Special Use permits in Sections 3.8.21 and 3.9.13.
ITEM #9: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to amend Section 9.1.4, gross residential density
measurement.
ITEM #10: Unified Development Ordinance Text Amendments to amend Section 6.11.6.1 to reference the maximum
light pole height of 25 feet.
