AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION AND EXECUTION OF A FY2023 STAFFING
FOR ADEQUATE FIRE AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE (SAFER)
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET AND FEMA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to submit and
execute a FY2023 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER)
Agreement between the Borough of Carteret and the U.S. Department of Homeland
Security/FEMA.
Adopted this 11th day of April, 2024
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 12, 2024.
