AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -22 OF THE
GREENCASTLE CITY CODE REGARDING THE
SCHEDULE OF NO PARKING ZONES
WHEREAS, Section 8 -22 of the Greencastle City Code lists the no parking zones within the
City of Greencastle: and
WHEREAS. the City wishes to update its list of no parking zones within the City of
Greencastle.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
Section 8 -22. Schedule of No Parking Zones, is hereby amended to add the following no parking
zone:
Street Side From To
South Street Both US 231 Zinc Mill Road
All other provisions in Section 8 -22 shall remain if full force and effect.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle. Indiana this
