AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RE-
CLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R -3 TO C -2
(CASE 67 -219)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds and determines that the zone
change which is hereinafter set forth in Section 2 was initiated,by the
Planning Commission and recommended by such Planning Commission in
Resolution #67- 252PC, and that such zone change which has been processed
in accordance with the State Planning Law and City Ordinance, and will
redound to the best interest and advantage of the City of Temple City
for the reason set forth in said Planning Commission recommendation.
SECTION 2. The Temple City Zoning Code, and in part, Sections
303 and 305, and the zoning map adopted thereby are hereby amended to
reclassify the following described property from R -3 to C -2:
Parcel 4 of Lot 709, Parcel 16 of Lot 721 and
Lots 710, 711, 719 and 720 of Tract No. 6561,
Book 72, Pages 34 -35 of Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State of
California
further described as 9476 E. Las Tunas Drive (part), 5819 through 5829
No. Cloverly Avenue, 5818 through 5838 N. Oak Avenue.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance.

day of May ,1967.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 67 -234
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Temple City, held on the 16th day of May, 1967, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 22nd day of May , 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Briggs, Harker, Merritt, Tyre,.11, Beckley
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
City Clerk
