AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND/OR APPROPRIATE BOROUGII
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN MIDDLE SEX
COUNTY, THE MIDDLE, SEX COUNTY PROSECUTORS' OFFICE
AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET FOR AUTOMATED
LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION DEVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Middlesex County and Middlesex County Prosecutors' Office for the
installation of and responsibilities associated with automated License Plate Recognition
(ALPR) devices and/or video surveillance cameras owned by the County of Middlesex.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 26, 2024.
