ACCEPTING RFQs FOR QUALIFIED DEVELOPERS IN VARIOUS
REDEVELOPMENT ZONES
WHEREAS, there is a need for Developers in Various Redevelopment Zones in the
Borough; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept RFQs for the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
advertise for and accept RFQs based upon the same for Qualified
Developers in Various Redevelopment Zones.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's QPA,
the Borough's Planner, Andrew Janiw and the Planning Board.
Adopted this 25d' day of April, 2024
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 26, 2024.
