A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO REAPPROPRIATE AND
TRANSFER THE 1999 WATER BOND FUNDS FROM PROJECTS 05-5229, 05-5231
AND 05-5234 TO THE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS 2004, PROJECT NO. 05-5300
WHEREAS, the Water System Master Plan is in the final process of
completion and several previously proposed water/sewer projects are now found not to
be a priority; and
funding; and WHEREAS, there are six water main improvements that need immediate
WHEREAS, the 1999 water bond funds maybe reappropriated and
transferred to fund the water main improvement project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to
make the following fund appropriation and transfer:

1999 Water Bond Fund Projects
05-52 ~9 Sewer Main and Services $330,000
05-5231 Water Valve Upgrade $598,450
05-5234 Water Tank Removal 3493,950_
To
Water Main Improvements
Project No. 05-5300-4220
$1,422,400
Total $1,422,400
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
