COUNCIL “BROWN BAGEL” WORK SESSION, JANUARY 16, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The January 16, 2014, Brown Bagel W ork Session was convened at 7:34 A.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Prather, Schulte, Scrivner, and
*Tergin
Absent: Hussey and Mihalevich
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Bray asked Councilman Scrivner to address the issue of when the transit
budget issue could be reported on. Mayor Struemph reported that a meeting is being set
up to get that process moving forward.
Chief Schroeder answered questions about the Police vehicles associated with the “Bids
Over $50,000” item on the agenda.
*Councilwoman Tergin left the meeting at 7:55 during the staff presentation of Bill 2013 -
126 (Capital Mall CID).
Mayor Struemph asked the Council Members to let him know if they think the Brown
Bagel meetings are still necessary as the possibility of discontinuing them is being
considered.
