COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JANUARY 21, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The January 21, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, and
Scrivner
Arrived Late: Schulte and Tergin
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Janice McMillan stated that Eric Barron would make the staff presentations at tonight’s
public hearings associated with Bills 2013-123 and 2013-124.
Councilman Henry stated he would give a liaison report on the Historic Preservation
Commission.
Mayor Struemph stated that Rev. W. T. Edmondson has signed up to make a
presentation from the gallery on miscellaneous topics, and if the Council would agree, he
would suggest moving that presentation up on the agenda. There were no objections
from the Council to the Mayor’s suggestion.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
