AN ORDINANCE ELIMINATING THE POSITION OF THE DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough") as follows:
SECTION l. The position of the Director of the Public Works is hereby
eliminated.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of
this Ordinance are hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such inconsistency.
SECTION 3. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this
Ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section,
paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of this.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to applicable law.
