AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C -M TO ZONE C -2.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to public hearing and processing
in the manner set forth by State law and City Ordinance,
and after recommendation thereon by the Planning Commission,
the property reclassification set forth in Section 2 hereof
is made in order to comply with commercial zoning of the
surrounding properties and anticipated commercial development
in the immediate neighborhood.
SECTION 2. The following described property is hereby
rezoned from Zone C -M (Commercial Manufacturing) to Zone
C -2 (General Commercial):
Lots 1 through 21, inclusive, Tract No. 8526
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 67 -233 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same
to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
September , 1967.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 67 -241 , was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held on the
1st day of August , 1967, and was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the 'City Clerk at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 5th day of September
1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Briggs, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell, Beckley
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
