A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE BURTON AVE., EUCLID AVE., MAGNOLIA AVE. AND
SCHOOL ST. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT, NO. 05-5281 AS BEING
COMPLETE '
WHEREAS, on December 16, 2003, the City Council awarded a contract
to Bannaoun Engineers-Constructors; and
WHEREAS, the project started on February 17, 2004, and was completed
on June 18, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $636,682.04; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on August 3, 2004 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Burton Ave., Euclid Ave.,
Magnolia Ave. and School St. Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5281, as being
complete and in accordance with contract documents.
