A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND
TRANSFER $221,517.00 OF UNAPPROPRIATED HES GRANT FUNDS AND
$24,613.00 OF UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND TO THE ATLANTIC AVENUE
SCHOOL CROSSING SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE THE
CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City has received an HES Grant Funds for the Atlantic Avenue
School Crossing Safety Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the HES grant amount is $221,517.00 and the city's local match is
$24,613.00 for a project total of $246,130.00; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental agreement must be execute between the City and
Caltrans; and
Grant funds. WHEREAS, funds are available in the General Fund and unappriopriated HES
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
_Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to make the
following fund appropriation and transfer:

Unappropriated General Fund
$246,130.000
Unappropriated HES Grant Fund
$221,517.00

.Section 2. That the City Manager or Designee is authorized to execute the HES
Grant Supplemental Agreement.
