AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21875 with
Two Alpha Contracting, LLC, for green infrastructure construction in Harlem – Baden Detention
Basin Bioretention CSO VR GI (12916) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15318, adopted December 12, 2019, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure (11146).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One . The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.
21875 with Two Alpha Contracting, LLC, as the lowest responsible bidder for green
infrastructure construction in Harlem – Baden Detention Basin Bioretention CSO VR GI (12916)
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids received on the 23rd day of January, 2020;
said contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($390,000.00) from the General Fund and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions
as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on March 16, 2020.
