AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary -Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Gateway
Science Academy of St. Louis , for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO
Volume Red uction Green Infrastructure – Gateway Science Academy (13449) in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15210, adopted August 8 , 2019, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure – River Des Peres (13078).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One . The Executive Director and Secretary -Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropol itan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with Gateway Science Academy of St. Louis , for cost sharing for green infrastructure
construction in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Gateway Science Academy
(13449) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed
Sixty -Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($68,4 00 .00) from the General Fund and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Co unsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted in April 9, 2020
