AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with SSM Health
Care St. Louis, for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume Reduction
Gree n Infrastructure – SSM St. Mary's Hospital – South Parking Lot (13485) in the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15210, adopted August 8 , 2019, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure – River Des Peres (13078).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
SSM Health Care St. Louis, for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume
Reduction Green Infrastructure – SSM St. Mary's Hospital – South Parking Lot (13485) in the City
of Richmond Heights, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed Seven
Hundred Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($711,6 00.00) from the General Fund and shall
be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on May 14, 2020
