VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
November 4, 2014
Chairman Sobkoviak called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. and led
the pledge to the flag.
ROLL CALL
Commissioners Seggebruch, O’Rourke, Kiefer, Heinen, Green, and Chairman
Sobkoviak were present.
Commissioner Renzi was absent. The Park, School, Fire, and Library Districts were absent.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: There was no response.
DEVELOPMENT REPORT
Mr. Garrigan stated the Village Board approved the ordinances for the Preserve of Plainfield Subdivision.
OLD BUSINESS
Case No. 1663-082914.SU/SPR My Properties, LLC
The petitioner has asked for this case to be continued to November 17, 2014.
Commissioner Kiefer made a motion to continue Case No. 1663-082917.SU/SPR to November 17, 2014.
Seconded by Commissioner O’Rourke. Vote by roll call: Heinen, yes; Green, yes; Seggebruch, yes;
O’Rourke, yes; Kiefer, yes; Sobkoviak, yes. Motion carried 6-0.
