AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 308 OF ORDINANCE NO.
63 -107 RELATING TO SUBDIVISION FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 308 of Ordinance No. 63 -107 relating
to Subdivisions fees is hereby amended as follows:
"Section 308. FEES.
Fees shall be paid to the City in the following amounts
to cover costs of checking each tentative map or final
map:
a. '$50.00 for each tentative map
b. $100.00 for each final map.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and
to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be publish-
ed in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September,
1967.

I, Karl Koski, City Clerk of the City of Temple City,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 67 -24.5, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City, held on the 1st day of August, 1967,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of September,
1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Briggs, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell, Beckley
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
