oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

do not currently hav municipal
utility services availa le. The dis-
tricts allow limited co mercial or
business developme t served by
private wells and sep is systems,
but requires connecti n to munic-
ipal utilities when s ch utilities
are available.
