A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING
PERSON FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
WHEREAS, there is a current opening on Planning & Zoning; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements; and
THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, the City Council is appointing Luther Parker to the Planning & Zoning
Commission.
On this 26th day of September 2012 at a special meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person
Ryan introduced RESOLUTION 2012 -52 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A
PLANNING & ZONING PERSON FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The
motion was seconded by Council person Bartels.
AYES: Peggy Upton, Mike Ryan, Jim Bartels
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
WHEREUPON, with three votes for approval, Mayor Berner declared that Resolution 2012 -52 A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A PLANNING & ZONING PERSON FOR THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
