AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY EXTENDING
INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. 67 -232.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 67 -232 is hereby extended
for 120 days, to December 1, 1967, after a public hearing pursuant
to provisions of the Government Code, Section 65858.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately
and the City Clerk shall certify to the passa9e and adoption of
this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause
the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City
of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this $th day of September,
1967.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 67 -246, was duly passed, approved and signed as an emergency
ordinance: by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of September, 1967,
