AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars
($822,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for the design of a wastewater
treatment plant in Coldwater Creek WWTF Final Clarifiers Replacement (12504) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 20336 with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid wastewater treatment plant design.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars
($822,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the design of a
wastewater treatment plant in Coldwater Creek WWTF Final Clarifiers Replacement (12504) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No.
20336 with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for the design of a wastewater treatment plant in
Coldwater Creek WWTF Final Clarifiers Replacement (12504) in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on October 8, 2015.
