AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2016 -10 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE
SIZE OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE,
INDIANA, FIXING SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH DEPARTMENTS AND
FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN OTHER APPOINTED
OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 2017.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that it hereby amends
Ordinance 2016 -10 as follows:
SECTION SEVEN: That the Utility Department shall consist of up to nineteen (19) full time members and four (4) part
time members. Base pay range may start at the entry level amount or any amount in between up to the maximum
2017 Entry 2017 Max.

WT-5 51, 692.31 S2,258.08
All other terms, conditions and salaries contained in Ordinance 2016 -10 not specifically addressed
herein shall remain in full force and effect and shall be retroactive and effective January 1, 2017.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common Council
and its approval by the Mayor.
