AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars
($49,700.00) from the General Insurance Fund to be used for appraisal services in order to
appraise replacement cost values for fifteen (15) major facility assets of the District; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with Industrial Appraisal Company for the
aforesaid appraisal services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars
($49,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Insurance Fund for appraisal services in
order to appraise replacement cost values for fifteen (15) major facility assets of the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement
with Industrial Appraisal Company for a fee not to exceed Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($49,700.00), and shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
