AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Chubb Insurance Company (McGriff,
Seibels & Williams of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Public Official Excess Liability
Coverage from March 1, 2018 to January 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Chubb Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams of
Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Public Official Excess
Liability Coverage from March 1, 2018 to January 1, 2019.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted on April 12, 2018.
