APPOINTING GEORGE C. SIMMS PLUMBING SUB-CODE/HHS
INSPECTOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for an Plumbing Sub-Code/I-IHS Inspector in the
Construction Office of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to fill such vacancy; and
WHEREAS, George C. Simms has the required license for said position; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Simms is interested in accepting said position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby appoint:
GEORGE C. SIMMS
Plumbing Sub-Code/HHS Inspector in the Borough of Carteret, effective May
20, 2002.
Adopted this 16th day of May, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 17, 2002.
