AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Casualty & Surety
Company of America (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Commercial
Crime Insu rance Coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 202 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of America (Charles
L. Crane Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Commercial
Crime Insu rance Coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 11, 2020.
