AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with International
Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental Iron Workers Local 396, for cost sharing for green
infrastructure construction in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Iron Workers Union
Hall (13393) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1521 0 , adopted August 8, 2019, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure - River Des Peres (13078).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental Iron Workers Local 396, for cost
sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure –
Iron Workers Union Hall (13393) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; said agreement shall provide
for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($106,20 0.00 ) from the
General Fund and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 11, 2020.
