AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to F.M. Global Insurance Company
(Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth Movement Insurance
Coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. F.M. Global Insurance Company (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent)
is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Flood & Earth Movement Insurance
Coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 .
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 11, 2020.
