AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Zurich (Steadfast) Insurance Company
(Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Major Facility Pollution Liability Insu rance
Coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Zurich (Steadfast) Insurance Company (Charles L. Crane Agency,
agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Major Facility Pollution Liability Insu rance
Coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 .
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 11, 2020.
