AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to The Phoenix Insurance Company
(Travelers) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Auto Liability Insuran ce Program
coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Phoenix Insurance Company (Travelers) (Charles L. Crane
Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Auto Liability Insurance Program
coverage from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 202 1.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 11, 2020.
