ORDINANCE NO, 67 -248
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTION 7301 RELATING TO THE
QUALIFICATION OF PARKING COMMISSION
MEMBERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 7301 of the Temple City Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 7301. Number and Qualification.
The Commission shall consist of five (5) members,
each of whom shall be a resident of the City of Temple
City or a property owner in one of the Parking Districts
of the City of Temple City.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October
1967.

Council of the City of Temple City, held on the 19th day of
September , 1967, and was duly passed, approved and adopted
by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 3rd day of October , 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Harker, Merritt, Tyrell, Beckley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Briggs
