I make this request pursuant to Article 1 section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. I ask that these records be provided in an electronic format. If the original record was created electronically than please produce the record in the very same format in which it was created. If the record was not originally created electronically, but was digitally replicated for electronic archiving or storage, than please produce the record it its current electronic form. If the record was not created electronically and was never electronically replicated than please digitally replicate the record for the purpose of copying it to me. I request all digital records not be "flattened," de- normalized, reduced in quality or altered in any way. If you deny this request in whole or in part, I request that you advise me in writing, as required by section 119.07(1)(e) and (f), Fla. Stat., of the particular statutory exemption upon which you are relying and that you state with particularity the reason for your conclusion that the record is exempt. If an asserted exemption applies to only a portion of a record, please delete the portion that you claim is exempt and release the remainder of the record as required by section 119.07(1)(d). I will pay for the "actual cost of duplication" of the public records as defined by Florida Statutes, section 119.011(1). Please advise me of these costs in advance before taking any billable steps. This is a request for a singular public record or group of public records. Please do not gang this request with any other requests regardless of the time period in which you receive this and other requests or the similar nature of any other request to this one.
