Churton Street (9874-06-3482). ITEM # 6: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Matthew Cronheim on behalf of Steven Petrow to relocate an existing shed to the southwest corner of the property at 206 S. Hillsborough Avenue (9864-75-3647). ITEM # 7: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Meighan Carmichael on behalf of Ryan and Alison Peterson to add a side yard screen-in porch and wood steps, add a crushed stone walkway, paint previously unpainted brick walls, and to replace exterior doors at 107 S. Hassel Street (9864-86-8076). ITEM # 8: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Carrie Ehrfurth on behalf of Eno River Mill, LLC to install two monument signs, four wayfinding signs, to remove a multi-stem cedar tree, and to plant bushes and a tree at 437 Dimmocks Mill Road (9864-64-6207). ITEM # 9: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Lori Taft on behalf of Orange County to remove four invasive healthy trees greater than 12 inches in diameter at breast height from the northeastern property line of 300 W. Tryon Street (9864-87-8123). ITEM # 10: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Bluewave Deployment on behalf of ATC on behalf of Eno River Mill, LLC to co-locate a dipole wireless antenna onto an existing cellular antenna tower and add a ground equipment shelter at 437 Dimmocks Mill Road (9864-64-6207). ITEM # 11: Consideration to add a minor works to allow “Little Free Libraries” in the front, side, or rear yard and to add a minor works to allow staff to approve exterior changes deemed not substantial. The HDC asks members of the public to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Commission members and with fellow citizens. At any time, should any member of the Commission or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the Chair or his or her designee will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair or his or her designee will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge can be observed. Thank you.
