A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money
than was originally appropriated in the annual budget;
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published April 26 2017 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
May 11, 2017 at 7:00 PM.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated out of the funds named and for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
Fund Name: 249 LOIT Public Safety
Major Budget Classification:
Capital Outlay $ 547,111.00
TOTAL for 249 — LOIT Public Safety: $ 547,111.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
