SUBJECT: Bal Harbour Shops Proposed Plans
LETTER TO COUNCIL
The purpose of this Letter to Council is to inform you that on Friday, May 30, 2014, the Village
formally received an official set of plans for the proposed expansion/renovations at the Bal
Harbour Shops.
These plans will be held at Village Hall and the Village Attorney and I will develop and present to
you the proposed next steps on this issue.
