SUBJECT: First Phase of Bal Harbour Village Public Recycling Program
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that the first phase of the Village's public
recycling program began Tuesday, July 22, 2014. As a result Village Hall and all ancillary Village facilities
will be participating in single stream recycling.
Attached for your information is an informational brochure from our waste hauler, Progressive Waste
Solutions.
As you know, per your direction, I plan to expand this program into our public rights -of -way.
