SUBJECT: Town of Surfside Notice of Zoning Hearing for The Shul (9540 Collins Avenue)
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to advise you that the Town of Surfside has scheduled
a public hearing to consider the Zoning application from The Shul located at 9540 Collins Avenue.
This hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town of Surfside,
Commission Chambers, 9293 Harding Avenue, Surfside, FL.
The Commission will consider a request by The Shul for approval of a site plan for the extension of
the synagogue and a special exception to permit a pre-school as an ancillary use to a synagogue.
Attached is a copy of the notice from the Town of Surfside for your review and reference.
