The matter of Wilfred Scherer's meat processing plant Discussed. Moved by
Robert Franklin that we ask Wilfred Scherer, his Attorgey and Dr. Etem to
present to us a resolution that would grant him a non -conforming use permit
with limitations on the building as to size and location and that there
be no sales room nor any advertising signs on the property.

Motion carried.
Moved by ThromasStevens that we buy t he truck as specified, lowest bid, from
Towns Edge Ford at $14,864.00, one-half on delivery and balance at 0% simple
interest.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers

Moved by Wayne Neddermeyer to authorize Donald Des Lauriers personally for "
getting the tractor truck.

Motion carried.
III Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to award the bid for the dump box to Town Edge
Ford, price $1,825.00, subject to insn_ection by Donald Des Lauriers and
Leo Leuer.
Seconded by Thomas Stevens.

Moved by Thomas Stevens that we reject the bid on the plow, w
that was submitted at the Februaty 1st meeting.

Moved by Donald Des Lauriers that we re -advertise for bids for a one-way .snow
plow, wing assembly, hydraulic pump and controls, that we use the same
specifications with a trip type mold board in place of non -trip type of
mold board, the bids to be opened on March 7, 1972 at 8:00 P.M.

William Mills appeared and will appear at Planning Co:,mission meeting to study
comprehensive plans.
Moved by Thomas Stevens that we take up the matter of taxes.

Moved by Arthur Theis that we let the amendment to the tax budget we set
to stay as is.
Seconded by Thomas Stevens.
Motion carried.
Moved by Thomas Stevens that the meeting adjourn.
