ITEM #4: Discussion of possible UDO text amendment to clarify parking requirement in the Central Commercial
zone and additional guidance on excessive parking requests.
ITEM #5: Discussion of possible UDO text amendment to better match the permitted use table and parking
requirements.
ITEM #6: Discussion of possible UDO text amendment to update the recreation requirements points system and add
incentives for priority types of improvements.
