LETTER TO COUNCIL
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you that the Village has distributed
via mail to all residents an invitation to enjoy the Bal Harbour New Year's Eve Fireworks
display.
The fireworks will commence at midnight on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 off the jetty.
Attached for your reference is a copy of the postcard that was sent.
