SUBJECT: Selection of Candidates to Interview for Village Clerk Position
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to remind you of the process you decided to
use at the January 13, 2015 Council Meeting.
Each of you should review the resumes you received on December 8, 2014, from there you
should provide to me your three (3) top candidates. I will collect those names and provide
you with a compiled list of at least five (5) candidates who will be the finalist. We can assist
you with scheduling interviews with these candidates after that, should you wish.
Please provide your selection of the top three (3) Village Clerk candidates as soon as you
can.
