Page 15 of 16 April 25th, 2013 To the Moab City Council: Hello, My name is Chris Blackmon, I have reserved the Old City Park for the date of June 7th, 2013 so that I can have my wedding take place there. I thank you for the opportunity to use this beautiful park, I have attended weddings there before and they have been wonderful. I am writing to request that I be able to have music allowed at my wedding in the Old City Park. I don't foresee that it should cause any problems and most likely the music wont be very loud as what I am looking at using is a house stereo and speakers so that we can have the wedding march and have music afterwards while people visit and pictures are being taken. I would truly appreciate it if you would allow me to have music during my time at the park. Thank you for your consideration. If you have any questions, you can contact me at: Christopher D.
