The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to advise you of the first Unscripted Bal
Harbour Access Tour of 2015.
On Thursday, February 12, 2015, Bal Harbour residents will have the opportunity to enjoy a
private tour at the home of collectors Jorge Garcia and Angel Perez.
The attached postcard will be received in mailboxes the week of January 27, 2015.

contemporary art for the past 20 +years, integrating both Miami artists
such as Hernan Bas and Jose Bedia and international artists such as
Kate Gilmore, Phill Collins and Conrad Shawcross, into the fabric of their
Miami Shores home.
