RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT FOR THE 500,000 GALLON WATER TOWER PROJECT
FOR TIFFIN, IA.
WHEREAS, on this 26TH day of September, 2012, Plans, Specifications and Form of
Contract were filed with the City of Tiffin for the construction of the 500,000 gallon Water
Tower within the City of Tiffin.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these Plans, Specifications, and Form of Contract was
published as required by law, now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin that the said Plans, Specifications
and Form of Contract are hereby approved for said project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 26th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2012 at a special meeting of
Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Upton introduced RESOLUTION 2012 -54
ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE
500,000 GALLON WATER TOWER PROJECT FOR TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion
for approval. The motion was seconded by Council person Bartels.
