Provide all Records submitted in the name of Joel Chandler for the period between
January 1, 2013 and July 31, 2013. Provide all payments made to Joel Chandler in
connection with the aforesaid Records Requests. Provide all Settlement Agreements

all Public Records tendered to Mr. Chandler in response to the aforementioned Records
Requests.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST:
THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT,
CHAPTER 119 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES AND IS ALSO REQUESTED UNDER THE COMMON
LAW RIGHT TO KNOW, THE COMMON LAW RIGHT OF ACCESS; AND ANY STATUTORY
RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY STATUTORY RIGHT OF
ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF
THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION.
IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED IN ELECTRONIC FORM. IF
NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM, IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE
FULFILLED ON 11 X 17 PAPER. NOTE: IN ALL CASES (UNLESS IMPOSSIBLE) THE COPIES
SHOULD BE TWO SIDED AND SHOULD BE BILLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH Section 119.07(4) (a) (2)

PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPROXIMATE COSTS (IF ANY) TO FULFILL THIS PUBLIC RECORDS

The Town understands your request to seek all public records requests submitted by Joel
Chandler from January 1, 2013 through July 31, 2013. Public record requests made by Mr.
Chandler to the Town in 2013 are available online at www.gulf- stream.org click on "I Want
To... ", click on "Find a Town Record ", click on "Public Records Requests ", click on "2013 ",
there you will have the option to choose either the "Public Requests Number Log" which lists the
requests or the actual requests by clicking "Public Records Requests ". No payments were made
to Mr. Chandler by the Town in connection with these records requests.
Public records related to a 2013 settlement between the Town and Mr. Chandler including the
settlement agreement, drafts of the agreement and communications are available at a similar

All public records tendered to Mr. Chandler in response to his 2013 requests are available at

In light of your broad request and the passage of time, the Town estimates that to conduct a
thorough review of its hard and electronic files to confirm that it has not missed any responsive
records will require 2 hours of administrative support at $36.39 per hour, 1 hour of information
technology support at $120.00 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per
Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d).
(2 hours @ 36.39 = 72.78) + (1 hours @ 120.00 = 120.00) = Deposit Due: $192.78 in cash or
check.
The Town of Gulf Stream is currently working on a large number of incoming public records
requests. Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond
to your public records request in a reasonable amount of time.
